 My name is Johan Hedin and I have been a passionate internet marketing entrepreneur since 1999 with a big dedication in helping our clients succeed online. Back in 1998, I stumbled across an internet marketing course at Hawaii Pacific University (where I also completed my BBA and MBA in Marketing). I immediately gained a passion for the subject and saw the imminent need and potential growth opportunity for companies to reach a global market quickly and efficiently, using online marketing channels. While still in school I started making websites from my living room and doing SEO for the big players who at that time were Altavista, Webcrawler, Excite, Ask Jeeves etc.
Having gained lots of experience from working with major online players like ValueClick/Commission Junction in Santa Barbara, California, and having managed online marketing programs for companies such as Ebay, I decided to go full time with my business. Since then nothing has been the same again.
This was the start of my internet marketing company, which I later decided to expand to Bangkok, Thailand (2004). With clients in United States, Europe and South East Asia, Marketing Ignite has been able to give solid online marketing advice and support to its clients.
Our Approach to Online Marketing Projects
Our main priority has always been to provide high-quality and long-term, trustworthy relationships with our clients. We treat our clients' businesses as our own because we firmly believe that success can only be achieved in a long-term mutually sustainable relationship. We actually turn down quite a few clients, when we see limited success can be achieved.
Marketing Ignite understands the client’s needs of providing quick, reliable and successful results, which is an essential part to any of our web projects. Therefore, our approach is to focus more on providing solid and transparent services for a few select companies, compared to a mass marketing approach, where quality is usually compromised for the sake of mass volume with less desirable results.
We focus more on selling the results, compared to cheap solutions that usually never generate long-term success. Over the years, the internet marketing industry has seen a tremendous growth, which also leads to more competition in every niche. Thus, in order to stay ahead of the competition, it's important to launch big and aggressive online marketing campaigns.
Everything that we do at Marketing Ignite is custom-tailored, and we do not use automated software to cut any corners. While we have used many software programs in the past, the manual process takes a longer time, but the results are much better. Currently, all of our clients have top rankings in Google.com for competitive keywords (samples can be provided upon request).

Case Study 1 (SEO):
Situational Analysis/Problem
This client needed to increase its organic traffic (Google.com) to stimulate more online bookings for its reservation form. Their current traffic was about 1,000 unique visitors per day from Google.com (free organic traffic, pls refer to screenshot). We worked hard and diligently with the client over the year to help increase the traffic to a satisfactory level. After one year of hard work, the traffic from Google.com (free organic traffic) more than doubled from 31,060 visitors, to 62,143 visitors per month. Although the client did not reveal its financial information to us, they were very happy with the results, which significantly boosted its booking reservations.

Case Study 2 (SEO):
Situational Analysis/Problem
This client averaged about 100 visitors per day from free organic search, which was not enough to sustain their business (pls refer to above screenshot). The client had over 500 web pages which were not properly optimized. We looked through all the pages in detail, making them more relevant for Google. Along with an intelligent and solid back link building, the client's website traffic growth started to pick up in the organic search engines (mostly from Google.com).
Results:
At the end of October (3 months later), the client averaged over 500 unique visitors per day, which is a 400% increase in traffic from Google organic traffic alone (please refer to screenshot above). This does not include all the direct traffic that was generated indirectly as a consequence of fully optimizing their whole website.
Case Study 3 (Google Adwords):
Situational Analysis/Problem
This client needed quick traffic and leads for the purpose of increasing their sales force.
We decided that a Google Adwords Campaign was necessary in order to gain quick and targeted leads which would achieve their objective. We worked with the client to ensure that their landing page was well marketed and accurately targeted. We used our previous experience working with landing pages that had converted well in the past. We set-up a highly targeted Search and Display Campaign for the client which is crucial in order to gain optimal results. The display campaign displayed their banner ads across thousands of various websites.
Results:
In one month alone, we were able to generate 14,827 unique visitors, 13,196,122 impressions, and 907 users filled out the lead form on their landing page (please refer to screenshot above). The total PPC spending for this campaign was only THB 58,910.03, which is approximately USD 2,000. More specifically, the search campaign generated 5,294 visitors and 391 lead sign-ups. The display campaign generated 9,533 targeted and unique visitors and 516 sign-ups. The client was very happy with the results generated for this campaign.
Our Experience with Google Adwords
Many times we take over client's Adwords accounts and notice countless mistakes, which prevents the campaign from reaching its optimal performance. We started working on Google Adwords for our clients in the year 2000 (when Google Adwords was launched). In the beginning we also made the same types of mistakes that we see many companies do when they start advertising on this platform.
We work very closely with Google (we have a live and dedicated account specialist in California) so we can tackle any Google Adwords challenge. Having set-up and managed close to 100 Adwords campaigns over the years, we can offer your company solid consultation and various strategies to achieve success.
